My Health Diary is a personal record of symptoms and clinic visits. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Notes stay on your device unless you use optional speech or tap AI organize, as described in the privacy policy.
The app is provided as-is, without warranties. We are not liable for lost notes or inability to use the app. You may stop using it at any time and delete the app or all records in Settings.
