This policy is for the mobile app My Health Diary (내 건강 일기) on Android and iOS. The app has no account, no ads, and no analytics SDK. It is a patient-record tool, not a diagnosis or treatment.
Only what you type or speak: symptom diaries, intensity, answers to questions, clinic visit notes, words you copy from a doctor or a prescription, and a next-visit date. The app also stores settings (theme, text size, reminder hour, lock), symptom colors, and the last PDF date range. We do not ask for your name, resident registration number, phone number, or location. If you write those in a note, they stay as part of that note on the phone.
Microphone is used only when you tap speak. Notifications are used only if you turn on a same-day clinic reminder. Face or fingerprint unlock uses the system lock; the app never stores biometric data. The 4-digit PIN is stored only as a one-way hash on the phone.
Diaries and clinic notes are stored on this device. There is no Jacobs Factory server and no sign-in. Android cloud backup of app data is turned off. If you use iCloud or another whole-device backup, that backup follows Apple or the backup service. You can delete all records in Settings, or uninstall the app.
Speak is optional. On Android, the system speech recognizer may send audio to Google or another recognizer on the phone. On iOS, Apple Speech recognition may send audio to Apple. We do not run our own speech server. Those vendors’ policies apply to that audio.
There is no always-on upload. If you tap AI organize, that day’s text may be sent to a third-party language-model API so the app can draft where / how much / how. Email, Korean mobile numbers, and resident-registration-like patterns are stripped first. Only the returned summary and intensity are saved on the phone. If you do not tap the button, or the device is offline or the request fails, the text stays on the device. We do not read, sell, or use diary text for ads.
If you export a backup or share a one-page PDF, the file goes to the app you pick (mail, Drive, messenger). After that, that service and you are responsible for it. Feedback you send goes to contact@jacobs-factory.com.
The app is not directed at children under 14. Do not keep a child’s health notes without a parent or guardian. If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated and material changes are noted in the app update notes.

사용자가 입력하거나 말한 내용만 다룹니다. 증상 일기, 얼마나 아픈지, 질문 답, 병원 방문 메모, 의사나 처방전에서 받아 적은 글, 다음 예약 날짜입니다. 앱 설정(테마, 글자 크기, 알림 시각, 잠금), 증상 색, 가져갈 기록에서 마지막으로 고른 기간도 기기에 남습니다. 이름, 주민등록번호, 전화번호, 위치는 요구하지 않습니다. 일기 안에 직접 쓰면 그 글의 일부로 휴대폰에 남습니다.
마이크는 말하기를 눌렀을 때만 씁니다. 알림은 병원 예약 당일 알림을 켠 경우에만 씁니다. 얼굴·지문 잠금은 기기의 잠금 기능을 호출하며, 생체 데이터는 앱이 저장하지 않습니다. 숫자 4자리 잠금은 원문이 아니라 알아보기 어렵게 바꾼 값만 휴대폰에 둡니다.
일기와 병원 기록은 이 기기에 저장됩니다. Jacobs Factory 서버와 계정은 없습니다. Android는 앱 데이터의 클라우드 백업을 보내지 않습니다. iCloud 등 기기 전체 백업을 쓰면 그 백업은 Apple 또는 해당 서비스 방침을 따릅니다. 설정에서 모든 기록을 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
말하기는 선택입니다. Android는 기기의 음성 인식(구글 등)으로 음성이 갈 수 있습니다. iOS는 Apple 음성 인식을 쓰며 음성이 Apple로 갈 수 있습니다. 자체 음성 서버는 없습니다. 그 처리 방식은 해당 서비스 방침을 따릅니다.
항상 올리지 않습니다. ‘AI 정리’를 누르면 그날 글이 외부 언어 모델로 가서 어디·얼마나·어떻게 초안을 받을 수 있습니다. 보내기 전에 이메일, 휴대폰 번호, 주민등록번호처럼 보이는 숫자는 지웁니다. 돌아온 정리문과 강도만 다시 휴대폰에 저장합니다. 버튼을 누르지 않거나, 오프라인이거나, 요청이 실패하면 글은 기기에만 있습니다. 운영자는 일기 내용을 열람·판매·광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
백업 파일이나 한 장 PDF를 공유하면 사용자가 고른 앱(메일, 드라이브, 메신저 등)으로 전달됩니다. 그 이후 보관은 그 서비스와 사용자의 책임입니다. 의견은 contact@jacobs-factory.com 으로 옵니다.
만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 보호자 동의 없이 어린이의 건강 기록을 남기지 마세요. 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 날짜를 고치고, 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 설명에 적습니다.
