This policy describes how the SayNote app (“the App”) handles information. It is the SayNote policy for Google Play and the App Store.
Notes stay on this phone. Jacobs Factory does not run a server that receives your notes, voice, or photos. There is no account and no ads. Speech recognition may use the internet, depending on the device, language, and platform (Google on Android, Apple on iOS). Photos, local reminders, optional tips, and feedback are optional and do not change the App.
Jacobs Factory does not collect personal information. Card numbers, names, emails, and payment accounts do not come to us. Stored on the device: note text, title, created time, important flag, reminder time, photos you attach, search history, theme and text-size settings, backups you export, an on-device auto-backup, and temporary tip-purchase confirmation used only on this phone (Google Play on Android, Apple In-App Purchase on iOS). We do not keep an unlock record.
The App uses the microphone when you speak a new note. It does not keep an audio file. Only the transcribed text is saved. On Android the App uses SpeechRecognizer; on some devices and languages audio may go to Google speech services. On iOS the App uses Apple speech recognition, which may send audio to Apple. Jacobs Factory does not receive or store that audio. Read-aloud uses the on-device text-to-speech engine. Photos you attach from the library or camera stay on this phone unless you export a backup or tap Share. Reminders are local notifications. There is no push server.
Export and import in Settings send the file, including attached photos, only where you choose. The on-device auto-backup stays on the phone. If Android backup is on, note data may be included in your Google account backup. If iCloud Backup is on, note data may be included in your Apple account backup. Note text or a backup file is sent to another app only when you tap Share. On Android, optional tips use Google Play Billing (tip_3, tip_5, tip_10); card numbers go to Google, not to Jacobs Factory. Android also has an optional Ko-fi / PayPal link that opens in the browser; that site’s policy applies. On iOS, optional tips use Apple In-App Purchase only (saynote_tip_3, saynote_tip_5, saynote_tip_10); card numbers go to Apple, not to Jacobs Factory. The iOS app has no Ko-fi or other external payment link. Tips do not unlock features. If you send feedback, the draft can include app version, OS version, and device model and goes to contact@jacobs-factory.com only if you send it.
Microphone is used for voice notes. Speech recognition on iOS turns speech into text. Camera is used only if you take a photo. Choosing a photo uses the system picker; the App does not keep standing access to your library. Notifications and exact alarms are used only for optional local reminders, which are restored after reboot on this phone. Internet is used for speech recognition as implemented on the device, for Google Play Billing on Android, for Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, and for optional links you tap.
There are no ads, analytics, or account SDKs. Speech recognition is handled by the device, Google (Android), or Apple (iOS). On Android, optional tips are processed by Google Play Billing and an optional Ko-fi / PayPal link opens only if you tap it. On iOS, optional tips are processed by Apple In-App Purchase; there is no Ko-fi or other external payment link. If installed from Play, Android may send crash information to Google Play (Android Vitals). We use that only to check stability. Note text is not collected.
Notes stay on the device until you delete them, reset in Settings, or uninstall the App. The App is not directed at children under 13, or under 14 in Korea. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Questions: contact@jacobs-factory.com.

운영자가 직접 수집하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 카드 번호, 이름, 이메일, 결제 계정도 Jacobs Factory로 오지 않습니다. 기기에 남는 것: 노트 글자, 제목, 작성 시각, 중요 표시, 알림 시각, 노트에 붙인 사진, 검색어 기록, 테마·글자 크기 설정, 사용자가 만든 백업, 기기 안 자동 백업, 응원 구매 확인용 일시 상태(Android는 Google Play, iOS는 Apple 인앱 결제). 기능을 여는 기록은 남기지 않습니다.
새 노트를 말할 때 마이크를 쓰니다. 음성 파일은 앱이 저장하지 않습니다. 글자로 바꾼 결과만 남습니다. Android는 SpeechRecognizer를 쓰며, 기기와 언어에 따라 음성이 Google로 갈 수 있습니다. iOS는 Apple 음성 인식을 쓰며 음성이 Apple로 갈 수 있습니다. Jacobs Factory는 그 음성을 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 읽어주기는 기기 TTS를 쓰니다. 사진 보관함이나 카메라로 붙인 사진은 이 기기에 남고, 백업을 보내거나 공유를 누를 때만 밖으로 나갑니다. 알림은 이 기기의 로컬 알림입니다. 푸시 서버는 없습니다.
설정에서 보내기/가져오기는 사진이 포함된 파일을 사용자가 고른 곳으로만 보냅니다. 기기 안 자동 백업은 전화 안에만 둡니다. Android 자동 백업이 켜져 있으면 노트 데이터가 Google 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. iCloud 백업이 켜져 있으면 Apple 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 공유를 누를 때만 선택한 앱으로 노트나 백업이 전달됩니다. Android의 선택 응원은 Google Play 결제(tip_3, tip_5, tip_10)를 쓰며, 카드 번호는 Google이 받고 Jacobs Factory로는 오지 않습니다. Android의 선택 Ko-fi / PayPal 링크는 브라우저에서 열리며 해당 서비스 정책이 적용됩니다. iOS의 선택 응원은 Apple 인앱 결제만 쓰니다(saynote_tip_3, saynote_tip_5, saynote_tip_10). 카드 번호는 Apple이 받고, iOS 앱에는 Ko-fi나 다른 외부 결제 링크가 없습니다. 응원은 기능을 열지 않습니다. 의견을 보내면 초안에 앱 버전, OS 버전, 기기 모델이 들어갈 수 있으며, 메일을 볼 때만 contact@jacobs-factory.com으로 갑니다.
마이크는 말하기 노트에 쓰니다. iOS 음성 인식은 말을 글자로 바꿉니다. 카메라는 사진을 찍을 때만 쓰니다. 보관함에서 고를 때는 시스템 선택기를 쓰며, 앱이 사진 보관함에 계속 접근하지 않습니다. 알림과 정확한 알람은 선택 로컬 알림에만 쓰고, 재부팅 뒤에도 이 기기에서 다시 맞춥니다. 인터넷은 기기 구현에 따른 음성 인식, Android의 Google Play 결제, iOS의 Apple 인앱 결제, 그리고 사용자가 여는 선택 링크에 쓰니다.
